Can taking amoxicillin cause a false positive testing for cocaine in your system?
I'm not totally 100 percent sure, but based on my experience I would say no. I was getting drug tests at the methadone clinic and I know cocaine was something they test for. I get really bad kidney infections and was on amoxicillin several times and didn't mention it to them cause I figured it didn't matter. So, no I would say it does not.
