I'm almost 13 and have fully gone through puberty in fact I went through it at 9 and in all fairness it hasn't effected my life in anyway you shouldn't be embarresed that you can't ejaculate fully or don't have as much hair just be yourself and make sure you don't put on a voice because when you do hit it fully people will probably be more likely to laugh
