I hate when people say "oh eat healthy and exercise" it's not so simple
Recently I've started drinking a sh*t load of water to get rid of much needed water weight...you'll piss like crazy but it's worth it I've done it before I used to be 120 and squats
Just drink water and do about 100 squats a night PLUS squats give you a nice ass so there's always that too.
Keep your head up oh and also green tea helps.
I suggest small bowl of cereal with unsweetened almond milk for breakfast, low sodium microwaveable soup for lunch, lean cuisine for dinner. DO NOT stop for fast food period, if you must have s snack eat an apple. Do not lie to yourself, do not give in and stop for something, be honest, you cheat that's why it is so hard to lose! finally exercise every day even if it's a 15 min walk.
Do this for 2 weeks ( no cheating period) and you will lose 10 pounds. If this doesn't work, you are cheating.
Continue for 2 more weeks and lose 20.
The exercise is 10% but keeps the mood up. It is all about how much you eat and what, for most people it is hard because they cheat. Make up your mind you will not, will not cheat, after the first month it becomes part of how you live, and in no time you will be and stay at your goal. Go back to burgers shakes and fries and in no time you will be right back where you started. Do this for 2 weeks and you will be proud of what you did and will keep going. Good luck!

Hello everyone, there is a safer alternative to getting healthier and losing weight. So sad to see things like this but we all want to be skinnier. I've done so much research and the only safe way to lose weight is to put your body into ketosis. Now, nutritional ketosis is very hard and takes determination but there is now something that will put you into ketosis within an hour. It decreases appetite and when you actually do get hungry, you eat things high in fat like bacon so your body can use fat as fuel therefore losing fat. It's amazing!
Please restrain from unhealthy ways to lose weight and good luck to all.

There are two main reasons behind not losing weight. 1) Lack of proper exercise 2)Improper diet Diet plays a much important role in weight loss as running. Unhealthy diet is responsible of increasing fats in the body resulted in weigh gain.

Thank you so much for sharing this with me I am only 12 and I weigh 148 pounds how can I lose weight because I eat fruits and veggies and a lot of water and exercise and it don't. Seem to work

I nearly almost killed myself with dieting and using laxatives so just be careful.
