Not sure if your still battling your weight loss issues since your post is over a year old?
However, my brother, wife and myself lost a sh*t ton of weight from this plan my brother was on...he lost 180lbs
My wife lost 68lbs and I lost 55lbs. My wife now is a health coach and looks unbelievable.
You WILL seriously lose weight! We have been in it for 4 years now, not as much since we only have to maintain on the program now.
My Moms side gave me the "FAT GEAN" so I have battled with it ALL my life!
Good luck, I wish you only the best.

I abused laxatives for a period of time to lose weight, and when I stopped I had problems going the bathroom on my own, That was part of the reason i was afraid to stop too. If you are worried about this, what I did was after m body no long felt so much pain from last dose of laxatives, I started using a much gentlertool softener once a day to help me go the bathroom, then after a few months started weening off the stool softener to once a week, then none, and luckily I have no permanent damage and can go the bathroom on my own now. Also, I drank power aid zero and other electrolyte drinks when I decided to stop and try and heal. I really think the electrolytes made me feel better plus they are important to replenish when you've been fliushing them out so long. I also take acidopholus and so can eat food no problem. Yes, they helped me lose weight and disrupted digestion of food, but the price of being hunched over in pain on the toilet all the next day interfered so much with life plus if is really dangerous. Electrolyte imbanace can cause arrythmia and all sorts of issues.
Hope you will be okay.
Well, here's help for anyone who sees this page and needs help.
Not just women use laxatives to lose weight, I hate myself and feel like maybe being skinny might help find someone who I can be in a relationship with although it hasn't worked yet. Sometimes I get cramps so bad I can't walk and have to stay in bed, I'm sure it's a slow form of suicide but I'm OK with that
