6 months in and I've dropped 20lbs. My doctor said it's the MM for sure. He also said my sugar levels are down.

I have the same problem. I used to weigh 230 then I started exercising and that made me lose weight so I went down to 149 lbs due to working out 5 days on and 1 day off and lost the weight over a period of 16 months, My issue is now I can't gain a pound and no matter what I do I eat 3000 calories a day ( I keep a food journal for my training) and I have had medical checkup and everything is normal. I am up to 152 and i go back to 151 so I have had to cut out any aerobics such as walking. I cut my strength training down to 30 min max and even take 2 - 3 days off but just like you I wake up like clockwork go to the bathroom and all those calories from the day before are gone and I have to go thru the same process everyday as I just burn the calories right off. I searched online to see if herb could make me gain weight as I smoked every day but have taken a few days off now so I can maybe gain a couple of pounds. I eat all Organic and healthy so it is already hard to gain weight and I had no idea that smoking herb was actually making me lose weight. This is not good news as I love the herb but I can't be skinny like this either and want to gain 10lbs at least so I appreciate your post as it hit home and it sucks to be trying to gain weight and not being able to :-(

I started smoking eveyday at the age of 18. I am 20 now and went from 126 lbs to 99lbs in a matter of two years. Now this is extremley underweight, given that i am a 5'6 female. I made the decision to go to the doctor to see why i was losing all this weight. All my blood work cane back normal. Doctors put me on meds to help me gain weight and i got back to a healthy 125lbs. I have made the decision to quit smoking all together though just so something like this does not take place again.

"your own personal choice to sit around and do nothing while stoned is what makes you lazy" a friend of mine went from having multiple seizures a day to almost one every 18 months and I said almost because let's just say he is past due for one, I see that as a big plus!!! An herb which can create immediate balance and healing to all.

Daily smokers have enjoyed the benefits of weight loss for decades. The science is only just now starting to explain why...

I personally lost 35 lbs when I started. After the loss I was pondering on the relation with an associate and he posed a very interesting question, "think about it man...excluding alcohol drinkers, do you know a single daily smoker who is obese?" My answer was "holy c**p! No!"
