I’m still hoping for miracles, I have removed to Fallopian tubes, left side fallopian has a cyst and the right fallopian wer ectopic I can’t have anymore kids found out I have endometriosis. My OB told me I can still can get pregnant through IVF but it’s expensive. Been searching online I can still have a baby naturally :(

This is crazy!! I swear I just felt a baby kicking under my rib. In 2005 I had my tubes tied. In 2008 I had an eptopic in not one but both my tubes and it ruptured, went into emergency surgery and my tubes were removed. I was told I could only get pregnant if I was artificially insiminated. I have everything I just don't have tubes. I've recently gained a lot of weight which was always the first sign I was pregnant before. And it's all in my stomach. I have 4 kids. I know what it feels likes. 5 months ago I went to see an old friend and we did it a lot. He is much bigger than what I'm used to and the only one I've been with. Now I'm sitting here and I swear I'm feeling a baby kicking up by my ribs. But it's not possible is it? I still had periods but I swear I look and feel pregnant. Is this possible?

I lost both tubes due to Ectopics pregnancies a year apart. I have two kids from before the ectopics. I have been having severe breast tenderness nausea slight cramping and bloating for over a week and am not due for my period for another 10 days. It has been 6 years since my tubals and one is completely gone while the other is partial . Anyone have any ideas if I could be pregnant ?
