If even "a small amount of sperm on his fingers" had entered your vagina at a fertile time, then it is possible you could become pregnant (some have testified on this site to that happening to them). The likelihood is much lower with "a small amount of sperm on his fingers" compared with a full ejaculation inside your vagina, but you could only get pregnant if it happened at a fertile time. So:

2. What were the start-dates of your last 6 periods (or as many as you know)?
3. What date do you expect your next period to start?
4. How do you calculate that date?
5. What is your usual cycle length (typically 28 days)?
6. How long have been having periods?

It is possible to "get pregnant if you have sperm on your finger then touch the lips of your vagina but not insert your finger in" if (1) you are wet, (2) the lips are the inner lips, and (3) it happened at a fertile time.

If your inner lips (labia minora) are not small and you touched the outer edge that is nearer the outer lips (labia majora), then the likelihood is probably very small.

The amount of "sperm on your finger" would make a difference, as would the time between the ejaculation of the sperm and its introduction to your vagina.

Hi! Quick question: my boyfriend and I did some stuff, but he never entered me (penis-vagina-way). I did give him oral and ha****b, but throughout the night he never ejaculated, we were careful about that, i am almost sure not even precum. However, he later gave me oral and fingered me, his fingeres completely dry. I did put my finger down there, but only on the outside. Now, i am 7 days late, but i am currently in the middle of a highly stressful environment (first year of Uni and exams). It doesn't sound likely you could get pregnant, by the little you have said.

• "I have regular periods" But 28 Oct to 21 Nov = 23 days; 21 Nov to 19 Dec = 28 days; 19 Dec to 19 Jan = 31 days. Earlier dates might have helped.
• What date did this event happen?
• "it hasn’t been the same date" Regular periods would not fall on the same date as months vary in length (28-31 days)
• Your stress has likely altered your cycle.
• "I usually get bloated before and during my period" so your bloating is likely because your period will be coming soon

Sperm doesnt die as soon as it hits the air. Why do people keep believing this?? When guys go to a sperm bank they ejaculate into a cup and then that sperm is frozen to be used to help women get pregnant. It's in a cup outside the body for a period of time. Sperm can live up to about 15 minutes depending on the enviroment its in outside the penis, when it dries yeah its impossible to get pregnant from it.

You need to give much more detail as to what exactly happened. 

1. From what you have said, you gave him a hand-job and he ejaculated, and then he fingered you. So how could sperm get into your vagina? 
2. Also, you have not given the date when this happened nor your period history and next expected-period-start-date to ascertain whether it had happened at a fertile time. Can you supply that information?

Around 9th Dec maybe for around 7 days
28 may - 3 june (i didnt get my period for the first half of 2017)
3 - 8 july (36 days since last period)
3 - 8 aug (31 days since last period)
21 - 27 sept (49 days since last period)
23 - 29/30 jan 2018 (124 days since last period)
Fingering happened on 3 feb so its unlikely a fertile day (it was day 9)

What date do you expect your next period to start? This is nearly impossible to calculate but my app thinks i have a 36 day cycle so my period is expected to start on 28th feb

How long have been having periods? Since aug 2013, but i kno in 2014 i only had 2 periods, and the following year i only had 2-4. Even until now i get at most 6 periods a year. i'm a bit underweight, if that helps. ur help n honest opinion is definitely appreciated...

It is very unlikely to have been a fertile time. While there certainly was a risk of some sperm entering your vagina, that risk seems very low. So I do not think there is any risk of pregnancy at all.
You didn't state your age or where you are from (I guess you must be about 17??) but my general advice would be to see a doctor about your periods. It may be that one of your ovaries is not functioning properly, and/or you could have PolyCystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS).
