I had a friend with cramps that bad along with the vomiting and agony and super tired and everything u mentioned...she found out she has a cyst on her ovary. That can prevent her from havin kids...so u should go get checked out.
Okay, I feel for all the people on this site because if it's not one bad story it's another. Especially the ladies who have had a miscarriage. How heartbreaking and not something I'm sure I could deal with personally. My heart is with you who have had to endure such a loss.
I know a lot of people go on the saying of, "what's meant to happen, will happen," but I'm not so sure if I'm convinced. For the ladies like myself who are dying to have children but seem to fail at every attempt look at the women who have children who don't even want/deserve such a blessing and don't even take care of them, really makes me wonder if that saying/statement applies to wanting/having children.
I'm with someone who I love very much and someone I want to spend the rest of my days with. I'm also dying to have his children and to start a family with this man. I wouldn't go as far as saying we've tried having kids but we've not did anything to prevent it, if you catch my drift. I mean, we're not 100% stable and ready for kids but honestly, who is? Not to mention the fact that we're more ready that most who already have children.
So, here's what I've got so far. 2 1/2 days away from my period. Cramping, Backache, EXTREME tiredness, headaches, EMOTIONAL beyond explanation and before the lower stomach pain occured, I was having upper stomach pain like crazy (which is not normal for me). However, breast tenderness not nearly as severe as usual and it seems that one breast is much worse than the other.
I remain hopeful after this long but I'm starting to really wonder though. I'll more than likely start my period on time, for a long time and each time, it taking a way a piece of my hope of ever getting pregnant.
I'm starting to believe I'm not fertile. I know most people think that while trying to concieve but I had a relationship quite a while back... where we didn't protect ourselves and still nothing happened. Wasn't exactly wanting a child with that person now that I look back on it but we were together for so long it seemed to make sense and we were what you could consider young and dumb.
I could live with the fantasy of everything happening for a reason because I am thankful for where I am today, due to the things in my past that have went right and even the things that went wrong. But it's a little disappointing when you really believe that and when you're so sure about something in your life yet things don't want to go the way you're wanting/hoping they'll go.
I'm not really sure why I posted all of this useless information about myself. I guess I'm just merely curious if someone is getting the same feelings that I am getting? maybe I can start to feel normal and maybe even as hopeful as I used to be to think that maybe I'm just making myself belive these things when it could actually be a normal process that the body goes through. Who knows. Just figured I'd share as openly as others.

with my first (and only) child, I had cramping around the time that I was supposed to get my period. We were trying to get pregnant, so when the day came that I was supposed to get my period, I was really anxious. And like I said, I had cramping just like I would if I were getting my period. So all day, I kept running to the bathroom and I kept checking to see if I had started bleeding. The whole day went like that and then when the day came and went without getting my period, I went to the store to buy a pregnancy test and took it the next morning and it was positive. And everything in my pregnancy was perfect. I had no problems at all. Hope this helps. It's totally normal.
if you just found out you are pregnant yes cramping is normal, i knno i had period like cramps in my first pregnancy in the first trimester alot.. back pains included :-S

Every single month I want to die from the horrible pain! I have a disablity from my doctors office that gives me the right to have 1 to 2 days off work. I am not able to function when I have my period and now it's affecting me before my period as well. I take pain killers vicodin are the only ones that put me out and make the pain go away. I have tried every thing. Heating pads really help. Rest. Hot tea.

Hi,
I'm new in the forum.
I'm 29 year married women.
My last period was on 19th Nov and Ive missed by 9 days. I'm having cramps, sore breast, backache, a little burning sensation in urine, getting tired easily, sleeping a lot, craving for chocolate.
Is it a sign of pregnancy.
Thanks

I had a similar problem when I was 16. I had severe pain in my right lower stomach area. The pain was so bad I couldn't sleep or eat. I ended up staying in the hospital for a few days. They tested me for every internal infection/syndrome/disorder they could think of. They couldn't find anything wrong. In the end I found out it wasn't my stomach at all- I had thrown my back out. I had a slipped disk that pressed on a nerve that happened to run down the lower right side of my stomach. The human body is so complicated and sometimes unpredictable.
hi everyone. My last period was on January 17th and it is now feb 26th.I did a preg test twice this week and it showed neg. I am really confused as for my first child i had my period for the first three months then i found out i was 12 weeks pregnant. aThis whole preg issue is really stressing me out as i am really trying to have another baby.
Over the past year I had been cramping about ovulation time and then up until my period would start. We had been trying to conceive for over a year and finally I started charting my temperatures to know exactly when I was ovulating. I kept thinking it was pregnancy cramps but they never were, I went in to see if I had endometriosis and I do not. Well like a similar post, I started my last period on Jan 17th and had mild cramping only in the front, no back pain (usual), and it lasted a little while at night time. I figured I was ovulating and that I would have a lot more cramping throughout my cycle like usual. Well, I did not have cramps as often as normal, sporadicly prob about 4 or 5 times total until the day my period was to start. I actually even put a tampon in (sorry if disgusts you) thinking I was going to start on the day and I never did. The next day I took my temp and it had skyrocketed, I took a HPT and it was positive. Only 2 cycles of charting and the second cycle we did it! Cramps are a hard one to understand as you can see from my situation. Good luck.
i have benn having heart burn with cramping. the cramps feel like im going to start my period. there is no blood. i have been cramping oof and on for the past 6 days but the cramoing isnt as bad as it was it kond of mild down but i also get mild heatburns.
