My wife can't wake up in the morning.
She falls alseep easy but can't wake up. Two alarm clocks blaring, lights on she is still sleeping, she can sleep for 12 hrs or more and still feels tired?
I know this seems stupid, but has your wife tried to do yoga in the morning? That helps me wake up- and sushii helps you stay awake too, but it takes a while for sushii to work.



{Do this when you both have a day off}
What I recommend is she eat sushii right before she gose to bed.She should go to bed around 9:00 pm, then let her rest untill she wakes up on her own.Once she wakes up make her do yoga for about 30 min. that should help.Do this for about a week then you can start waking her up at like 7:00...this may not work for some people let me remind you

That's stupid! Take her to the doctor, she has a sleep disorder!
