Confused and need help :(

Hi everyone, plz help :) Im trying to concieve and recently something happened and i dont know if im pregnant. My last period was on April 17th and i havent had one since. Normally its regular. Today i woke up to find a spot of blood in my pants and im having very heavy cramps and it hurts a lot. My breasts are very tender and nipples hurts too. And i have cravings and been feeling nauseous the whole day. Now there is more 'spotting' i have to wear a pad and frequently wipe myself. Around 26th may i took a test which came back Negative as well as on june 1st it came out Negative. As im 'spotting' now, would that have been too early to tell? Anyone with similar experience or anyone can help? Xx
