im same ..lots of tests and nothing so far starting to believe its anxiety. Going to explore prescriptions for this..14 years ago i was having odd physical symptoms it took one dr to finally give me a prescription for anxiety..2-3 weeks later all symptom's ended. Hoping this will do it as well this time..got to be your own dr.to figure things out these days. They like to always start with the worse things and keep ruling out..i find u could be dead by the time they finally finish ruling out..

Hi, I'm 52 and have had this problem ever since i went down with covid nearly 3 years ago, do you ever get it where you can't seem to yawn to get a satisfying breath and you hyperventilate as a result ?

Hello everyone . As i noticed we have been struggling with the same thing i guess? Look. Everything is in our mind and its really hard to control our minds isnt ? I know . Well I've been struggling with this feeling that i have to yawn or to take deep breaths so i can satisfy that thing in my chest. Well I noticed I also get anxiety attacks or panic ones because of it , because when im out walking , thinking and stuff , i have this feeling always that i want to yawn or take a deep breath and it makes me panic because i feel like dont i wanna be seen that nervous to others and it makes it really hard and i wanna just run from there and leave . Is there anything i can do to help my self from that ? any suggestions ? thank you all .

i think you should try belly breathing , if you dont know what it is just google it , I had this feeling for months that i want to take a deep breath and yawn every 10 sec and breathing from my belly helped rly rly a lot very quickly. and this message is for everyone . share to thers too . Thanks.
