Could I be pregnant after a tubal ligation and endometrial ablation?

Had an appointment with my thyroid doctor and he said in March when my obgyn did a pregnancy test it came back positive. I am getting more blood work done today. I had and endometrial ablation done in March, and tubes tied in 2005....,I am at a loss for words but feeling God will bless me either way...

I had the thermal ablation and tubal exactly a year ago. I have been having severe pain for a few months and no period for about 8 months not even spotting. I had an ultrasound done twice and they told me that I have polycystic ovary disease and blood backed up from the ablation. So we scheduled for a hysterectomy on Monday. I went for pre op testing today and my blood work came back showing I'm pregnant. Still not sure what is going on but recheck on labs in two days. When I asked the doctor how this could of happened he said pregnancy is possible even with an ablation and tubal ...rare but possible

I have both tubal and ablation. I've been very sick with all the signs of being pregnant. I haven't took a pregnancy test yet. I'm glad to know that I'm not the only person going though this. I'm going to take a pregnancy test today and hope for the best.

OK you guys all sound like me, tubal in 1994, ablation in 2007, went into menopause started a estrogen gel that I had to stop, now I'm peeing all the time, starving, sleepy, no tolerance to heat, and everything I'd tight clothing wise in my lower abdomen , and I too swear I feel fluttering, I'm 50 and worried like crazy!!

Has anyone purposely trying to get pregnant after tubal ligation and an endometrial ablation was seven years ago third pregnancy and the oblation was in 2012. i was very fertile before I had these done. My husband and I got pregnant on the first try twice. My husband and I are currently trying and would like to know any tips or useful information that you may have to conceive after both of these procedures.

I have been having the same concerns. I'm 24 years old blessed with 2 daughters. I had a tubal ligation done in January 2014 and an ablation done February 2015. I've always had heavy periods but they came just about the same day each month. Never late obviously besides my pregnancies. My periods became a little bit lighter after the ablation, but not much. Now this month my period is over a week late. I've had mild cramping the whole time.. took home pregnancy test, came back negative. I don't really have symptoms other than feeling extremely hungry all the time and feeling tired. What is causing this?

Pregnancy going great. Baby boy will be here any day, as I'm due September 16. High risk because the ablation was recent, but I'm soon to deliver a large healthy boy!

Hi. I was curious to know. Did your wifes lining grow back? Was it a high risk pregnancy? I've been having pregnancy symptoms. Tested positive but am in denial still.

I am 42 and have 4 children. I had my tubes burnt down 8 years ago and an ablation done 5 years ago. I am now remarried and he had no children of his own and we'd embrace a new child but I didn't think it was possible until now. How is your pregnancy going at this time?
