Crystal like formations coming out of pores

My sister's friend was recently thrown out of rehab, and is back at home, supposedly off Meth for 15 days now.
She went into the hot tub and after getting out began to feel extremely sick.
My sister went over her house, and her friend told her to look at her neck, squeezed it and tiny, oddly shaped salt like crystals were coming out of her pores on her neck and back. According to my sister they are coming out of almost everywhere; especially her feet and neck and she says that the little crystals are all over her friends house floors.
She also got a chemical burn from being in the jacuzzi.
The ER doctor said that being in a jacuzzi, the hot water must have caused a chemical reaction with the meth in her body and that she just has to drink water and exercise to get it all out.
I guess the girl also dealt meth, and would cut it up with salt to make more money, rip people off, they think this could also have something to do with it.
I was just wondering if anyone has ever heard of this and what their experience was?
My sister, who is not on drugs, is really concerned and I'm just trying to find more information so I could help them maybe understand a little more because they said the hospital wasn't at all helpful.
They are also 18 years old so if you could imagine, just pretty scared. Thanks!

Yes, it is from intravenously injecting something (meth) that is largely just some sort of salt. I have seen someone think there was a chunk of crystal meth that fell on the floor, and proceed to inject it- had "glitter" and small crystals coming from her pores on face, scalp, and palms of hands for days afterwards. I later picked something off the floor and asked if that was what she thought was the meth, she said yes. I informed her it was the rock salt used to melt the ice on the sidewalk outside- tracked in on someone's shoes. Yes, that is what she put in her blood. Lucky it didn't harm her.

I have been fighting this for at least 4 yrs and it only get worse until all the meth is out of your body and don't freak out when you have a yellow slimy film on your body as they come out thats just part of it and sometimes the get to be real powdery and have a nasty odor!

Literally it happens to me every single time with a vengeance. It's rare. Most people think I'm lying. It's a chemical reaction in the skin an goes away but gets worse until you stop. It's very painful. It also causes hair to grow in new places under your skin. You can grab it when it pokes out and when you pulll on it you can actually watch some other strand usually opposite side of chest (if we're using chest hair as an example) disappear into your chest and then you can see it travel from one side through your skin and pull it out with ease. That's gross too. More hair resides Usually buy the bigger patches of crystal you can tell are under your skin pulling that hair out makes it a lot easier and less painful It's all annoying. And keep in mind , you just used meth so don't go after it real hard like I do or suddenly you're scabbed up everywhere even face Don't do meth it's gross as hell. People have been rumored to put those back into bags and sell them even though it's not just the most disgusting horrifying thought in the world, it's not even meth, though it may look exactly like it (litttle yellower)
Yes and new hair grows under your skin as well. Be careful not to go crazy and pull out all your body hair. However, the patches of skin that have more/ bigger crystals don't hurt when u pull the hair out from this spots and it slides out with ease it's called fiovoli I think ?

You're so wrong about everything you said about this affliction. Had nothing to do with meth or salt. Same thing happened to me and I never took drugs
