You cannot have kids again after an ablation. They have to tie your tubes first. Sorry =(

Have you looked into the possibility that you might have an inflammation problem? One of my nurses mentioned it; I have always been a slow healer, and I have bug bites that won't go away for a year.

Dr. Stovall did mine too. I had very little pain afterwards and feel great now. It's been a week and a half and I'm just spotting infrequently. Dr. Stovall rocks!

Have you had your gallbladder checked?

I had the thermal ablation done about 8 years ago....it was the worst pain of my entire life! I was moaning in pain as well. I don't think it was the gas because they don't use gas for a thermal ablation(in my case anyway)....it felt more like my uterus was on fire!!

They inflate your belly with gas so that they can see evrything and access everything. Depending on the gas they used it can leave a cramping and burning sensation. I had mine done a week and a half ago, not much pain unless something presses on my tummy, still a bit bloated so jeans don't fit yet but I haven't had to take any pain killers since day 3

Hello, I had a tubal, 8 hrs after the the birth of my daughter in '09, I was 38 years old. 9 months later , because I had not stopped bleeding, periods were much heavier , never ending really. In May of '10, I had a
D & C and an Endometrial Ablation. After this procedure, my recovery was shorter than after giving birth...
