I just looked this up for you, yeah, and I found that TCA peels usually work best for pigmentation under the eyes. As long as you get that done by a professional rather than trying it at home (unlike some people here ;)) you should be absolutely fine, hon. One thing I also read was that Restylane is a product that can help reduce dark circles under the eyes. Teamine Eye Complex is another product I saw mentioned. I see why they'd bother you and I hope that you choose a treatment option that works for you and which you're happy with. Good luck, hon.

I have dark circles under my eyes as well. They drive me crazy! Of course I was diligent about doing internet research, hoping to find the right answer that would help me get rid of those dark circles. What I found only confused me more — dark circles under the eyes, it seems, are caused by numerous different factors. The only cause I can definitely exclude, like the OP here, is tiredness. I get enough sleep! So no matter how many people comment that I should get some rest, nope, that has absolutely nothing to do with my dark circles. I hate looking tired and unhealthy all the time. Concealer helps but doesn't cover everything. What do I do now? I don't have money to see expensive dermatologists or anything.

Periorbital dark circles can be caused buy many different factors, so people who have them might not have such an easy time figuring out what is wrong and how to fix it. Dark circles are sure not always the result of a lack of sleep! Genetic factors can be at play for instance, in which case the dark circles under your eyes appear in childhood. They can also be the result of seasonal allergies and resulting nasal congestion, of iron deficiency anemia, eczema, fluid retention under the eyes, hyperpigmentation, or sun damage.

And that is even excluding the short-term factors like lifestyle (including alcohol, smoking and stress) and illness.

Miracle cures for periorbital circles don't exist, unfortunately. The treatment depends on the cause. Using regular cold compresses and good eye creams, eating well, avoiding overexposure to the sun, and sleeping on your back with a slightly elevated pillow can all help. Ultimately, creams, peels or laser treatments can also help in some cases. However, you first have to find out the cause of your dark circles.

All this to say, don't believe in people peddling miracle cures and look at this realistically.

I recently read something on the web, a case study of someone with periorbital melanosis, so one cause of dark circles under the eyes, where a combination of microneedling and the infusion of a serum with specially formulated ingredients presumably through the microneedling itself was used. This treatment is apparently called Dermafrac and sounded promising when I read it. In case anyone is reading this and struggling with unsightly dark circles under the eyes, perhaps this Dermafrac treatment is something that would work for you?

I would tread carefully with chemical peels on the lower eyelids. TCA peels may be used on the lower eyelids, but only in mild concentrations and not repeated too often by any means. A better option would be laser resurfacing in order to eliminate dark circles. If you are still dealing with this problem and wondering how to solve it, that would be one way to do it, something to consider if you hadn't already. I would personally steer clear of chemical peels on the lower eyelids in most cases, simply because it is such a sensitive area.

2. Cucumber

3. Raw potato

4. Rose water

5. Tomato

I think I have this - dark circles under the eyes caused by hypervascularity. I have not seen anyone about it at this stage but have spent time reading articles about hypervascularity, and of course I am not sure whether my skin is unusually thin or the blood vessels themselves are increased in number compared to people who do not have this. What is obvious is the appearance of dark vessels under the eyes, in the lower eyelid. using an eyeshadow primer followed by multiple layers of concealer do help me look "normal", but apart from fillers which not all dermatologists will provide for this reason as there are risks so close to the eye, there is no treatment either that really works so learning to fix the appearance through makeup is the only thing you can reliably do.
