please note I think this is related to masterbation and not using lubercates during the pervious date it happened.
one day i woke up i notice something "tingley under my legs"
right under my penis to the side next to the testicle O---> where the O- mets, i get a small pea sized red spot under my skin. it is sensitive and sometimes i feel a small pain.
is this something to worry about?
PS: not sure if this is normal but ever since i was 11? my testicle and bottom part of my penis have these small white dots everywhere, are they hair seeds?
