i got back from holiday with my girlfriend and developed a rash on my scrotum which became unbearably itchy, i went to a pharmacy and bought some antihistamine cream to stop the itching but the rash spread onto the penis near the top where contact with the scrotum had been made and i have now developed one or two little red marks on the top of the penis. i am unable to get to a doctor currently as of location and the inability to drive. can anyone suggest where this may have come from.
