It does happen with some guys often when the testicles grow and become heavier it stops retracting into the body.
At any time if it becomes painful you need to see a doctor and you could also ask your doctor about it at your next check up.

Have you had problems with it retracting out of you sac before?
Not sure how old you are but if needed tell your parents, you should really see your doctor if it doesn't come back down.
