Check out Piriformis Syndrome and Sciatica. I have the same issue. Im 22 years old and was scared I had some sort of cancer or tumor or prostate problem but after going through tests and ultrasounds the doctors told me i had Epidiymitis which could be fixed with antibiotics. They did help but as soon as i continued to exercise the pain continued. It was usually better when exercising and was terrible when I sat for even 25 to 30 min. After doing research as a personal trainer I decided to not take medicine and try to release all the muscles that center around the groin. After a month and half the pain has decreased significantly but is still there. I am planning on stretching and using self myofascial release for another month or so to see what happens. As of now that is the only pain relief that has actually worked! Check out internet pages on piriformis syndrome!

Found posts from all of you & am having what I believe to be similar symptoms.....

I'm 2 weeks post Inguinal hernia surgery (minimally invasive) but am still experiencing tenderness in my left testicle, which feels like someone tapped it too hard and the sensation goes up under my rib cage- not severe enough to cry but enough to be on my mind quite often.

It's worse when my underwear brushes against it and sometimes feels like pinching or a single hair is being pulled.....

Sometimes i can feel my pulse high up in the back of the testicle as well & am afraid that these symptoms are independent of the hernia symptoms which presented at the same time.

Was also diagnosed with vericoceles and the urologist felt that surgery wasn't necessary at this time because their severity didn't warrant it. (Just 2-3 months ago).

Please contact me if you have had any success regarding this issue????

Same exact thing. Started as a dull pain in my right testicle and then slowly started feeling super tight in my right groin / upper thigh then continued into the back of my right thigh and my right hip feels like I constantly have to stretch it out? Went to my Doc he gave me some antibiotics but its still here. 6-7months now. If so many people have this why isn't there better information out there on what it is and how to fix it. Anyone out there have real answers.

Description is absolutely the same as I have. Would love to hear if anyone has a diagnosis.
