Best explanation I came up with, been suffering from this for 10+ years.
I'm 11 I have no illness either and when I stretch and close my eyes I get sissy then when I open my eyes I can't see anything for 5 seconds and in school when I did that I passed out in the hallway then 2 hours later I wake up and then forgot what happened and then someone told me what happened and then I got sent home!
Dizziness from standing up or stretching sometimes more severe than others. It comes with a shaking sensation in the arms, weird hearing, odd vision, thumping head, slight disorientation and a feeling you are going to fall over, but the shaking sensation makes it hard to find something to stable myself with.
It doesn't last long but can be quite a scary experience.
Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome aka "P.O.T.S" - a form of dysautonomia and is being found more and more in young people- especially females. Ages affected are teens to near age 40. Se a cardiologist that specializes in the autonomic system. I was diagnosed at age 35 via a tilt table test done by a cardiophysiologist. I also had to wear a heart monitor for a week which showed I kept tachycardia upon standing and even sometimes at rest. Upon standing, blood pools in the legs and the blood pressure drops. The heart has to pump harder and faster to pull blood into the brain. When not enough blood can be brought to the brain, the BP drops even lower and you pass out. Google Dysautonomia International.
Thank you,
