Does anyone run with any type of personal protection? Since its getting dark early, I am considering on carrying something when i'm running.

I run with a product called the Wrist Saver. It's a pepper spray product that fits in a wristband.
If you run out in the country side, I don't think you need self deffense materials. I know I don't carry any. But I think it would be pretty justifiable to carry a small can of spray in your hand while you run in the cities.
