I think you may be stressing way too much. Your stomach could be hurting just because you used and over used muscles in that area while doing oral. You don't realize what kind of muscle contractions you are creating while involved in sex until afterward when they begin to ache. You won't get pregnant from oral sex so unless he put his penis inside you there is no chance of that. Stressing over it can give you all kinds of symptoms and operating your sexual parts at your age can mess with your cycles like crazy.
