As im reading through these comments, I am extremely confused by all the negative about these products. I do not sell, and have never sold Isagenix products as part of their business platform. I am strictly a product user. I have used these products off and on over the course of the last 3 years and all i can say is that there is no other diet/nutrition plan that has ever been so easy to follow and I have ALWAYS seen insane results. Thats not to say that the program is "easy" by any means. It is definitely a challenge of mind body and spirit. I was not the most motivated or health conscious and I always have the little devil on my shoulder telling me to eat the cheeseburger, but with a little discipline and hard work, this program can be extremely beneficial for those trying to break out of bad habits, shed some visceral fat and promote a healthy mind. Before ISA i weighed a whopping 245 lbs. The first round I embarked on, I did the 30 day cycle. Lost 36 lbs. Felt amazing, didnt crave junk and overall was way more energized and ready to take on every day. Being pleased with the results, i took a break for 9 months and went back to my old habits. After gaining back about 15 lbs i went for it again. Did a hard month and lost another 27lbs. Took another hiatus, ate like c**p and drank too much alcohol for almost a solid year when i finally had enough. I started my current Isa run weighing 227lbs. I am on my second 30 day and i am clocking in at 204. I am alive. I am focused. I feel incredible. I am never tired. I sleep very well and have energy to get through my day every single day. For all the naysayers, this program requires dedication and work, but 100% produces results. You cannot cheat. You must be vigilant. But if you can make the sacrifices required, this program will change your life completely. The best part, is once you are invested and committed to this program, your normal cravings for "junk" completely disappear. I crave clean food. I crave balance. I crave my shakes and most of all, I CRAVE cleanse days! I love ISA and anyone who says its a fraud is talking utter nonsense. This is not a magic weight loss pill. This is a lifestyle change. No one can expect a miracle overnight and as with anything in this life, you must work to maintain it once you reach your goals. Peace and love. Keep on cleansing!

I didn’t do anything wrong and gained 20 pounds on the product. The high sugar content absolutely destroyed me and I’m one of the few people that dealt with metabolism issues while taking this product.

I started two weeks ago, or so. I am today on my second cleanse day -- I feel hungry but maybe I am not snacking as much. I did not lose even one pound yet, but I feel lighter in my stomach and my arms are not as tight on the clothes. I didn ot exercise this time, so I attribute the stubborn pounds to that. I will try to finish all the 30 days. It feels at least good on the tummy, no more swollen or nauseas and upset digestive processes.

I feel the same w/my routine, but I'm not dropping $$$ each month on a processed product line or lining the pockets of MLM shills. My daily mocha shake: 1 organic banana, 1T Cocoa Mocoa (Walmart), 1T organic cocoa, 2T fresh organic ground flax, 2T organic unrefined coconut oil, 1T organic raw honey, organic almond milk, ice. I feel sufficiently full and eat healthy snacks and balanced meals the remainder of the day every 2-3 hours...and lose weight and have a flat tummy at age 47. Oh--and my hormones are finally in balance b/c of the flax and coconut oil. Don't support narcissistic "entrepreneur" tools. (Pet peeve...the owners are the entrepreneurs, not the sales force).

I did the 30 day weight loss for 3 months and lost inches and inches, can't remember exactly. i went down 4 sizes. I stopped because I was no longer willing to pay the money but I paid a price because I went back to my old ways and gained it back. When I was on it, people said I looked fantastic, I had color in my face and my skin was glowing, not to mention the weight loss. They said to eat a healthy meal for the 400-600 cal meal, but I just ate what I wanted as long as it was in the calorie range and I still lost weight. I've tried everything under the sun and this worked best. I had energy, lots of energy, you need to drink water!!! Lots of water. If you are eating your snacks and have the meal, no problem. The cleanse day was harder. Just drink tons of water and know it's essential. I have no ulterior motives because I don't sell it yet. Just buy it. Anyway afterwards, I either need to learn how to eat better and stay with it or stay on isagenix. I've met people who do that and they say they do it because they know what they are putting in their bodies. These days it's hard to know what's in our food, unless you buy local and trust it. I say if you do a short cleanse like the 9 day, most things will work if you put your mind to it, and then when you're done, don't go back to the old habits! Me, I've become unhealthy again, and toxic, I can feel it, I'm going back on it for however long it takes. Oh one more tip stay away from sugar it will zap your energy. Make the snacks both carb and protein, I would eat an apple and an ounce of cheese.

I can say it works but only if you're willing to stick to it, I lost about 30KG or so using it and that wasn't even with exercise included. But the lower your weight gets the harder it gets and you have to make sure to be very picky about eating, it's "torturous" to a degree but it works

Not true! You can’t lump your results into everyone else’s. I just started 3 weeks ago. I did not jump on Amazon etc to buy and taking incorrectly. This Was recommended by a “nutritional coach.” It was hard (VERY restrictive plan) but i did everything my “coach” said. I Lost 5lbs/9.5 inches the first week! I was super excited. Week 2—completely deprived myself. Didn’t feel any extra energy as promised, etc...lost 1 lousy pound! And some of my measurements [inches lost] went UP! Very very frustrated & discouraged. I Immediately canceled my autoship. No desire to continue wasting $300ish a month, for little to no results! I’m continuing, mainly because I’ve already bought this c**p. I’m almost done with week 3...but when these products are gone...so am I. So you can’t say we’re necessarily doing anything wrong. These product do NOT work for everyone. And after googling...I’ve learned, I am not alone in this disappointment, AND my “coach,” is making money, hyping people up and selling this c**p to people. Isagenix is a gimmick. And it is unrealistic to think you can eat like this, for the rest of your life. Wasted my money and set myself up for disappointment

I disagree, I don't or didn't have much to lose, maybe 8 to 10 lbs. This is the first time in 10 years this has actually changed my mindset about eating and helped me lose weight. I am 55 and feel so much better about myself. I love the chocolate shakes and they keep me full. I have lost 7 lbs and I am thrilled. I will continue this!

Isagenix definitely works. If you have the money I recommend getting the $300 package to start off. It comes with 4 different shakes, cleanser, metabolism boosters, energy drink, protein bars and more. Depending on how heavy you are the more of the results you'll see physically but I wouldn't recommend trying to lose 15 lbs in such a short amount of time such as 9 days. Some people can pull it off depending on their body mass it honestly all depends. I've been training with a group of people who have been on the same journey as I have trying isagenix out and getting fit. I dropped 5 lbs in 4 days. I lost inches like crazy. As long as you're eating healthy for your third meal, taking everything at the correct time like you're supposed to (the metabolism booster and flush pills) you'll see a difference. I also workout which helps with the results. Drink lots of water throughout the day, eat the isagenix snacks to curve your appetite because at the beginning you'll be hungry since we're so used to eating larger portions than we really need.. eat healthy and dont give up in case you "dont lose lbs. " most of the time you're losing inches and dont realize it unless you document it. Take before pictures and retake them every few days. Dont forget for women our body weight flexuates around 5 lbs. So some days you may weigh a little heavier than normal or be bloated that's just the way our bodies are and that's okay. Also, set goals. Make it your goal to feel good and look good. The more you focus on the weight the less you're going to lose. Remember this isnt a diet. It's a lifestyle!

You're not sticking to the program though. At a MINIMUM you should be consuming 1,100 calories - 1,300 on the higher side. And to insinuate that it's ok to eat c**p food is ABSURD. Isagenix definitely doesn't promote oreos or doritos... I would never suggest your "program" to newbies - it's not Isa friendly by any means.
