Cannabis can indeed cause you to loose weight. After all weed contributes to underlying mental health issues, and in some cases can even cause them. Ones mental state may be deteriorating due to addictiveness or other issues, thus causing them to eat less and loose weight. Its common sense. If you're still believing that pot doesn't contribute to, or causes mental health issues, in 2016?! Then I'm afraid you have absolutely no idea about cannabis, OR health.

I think when you smoke a lot you lose weight faster. I'll say about a year ago I started smoking and before I started smoking I dont know for sure but i would say my weight was 210 and when I started smoking a lot more I started losing lots of weight. I don't know if i was just getting skinny from getting taller or was it the weed. But I always ate bout 4 times a day nd some junk on the side.

Smoke weed then! You will lose weight. I have been smoking since I was 13 and I'm 26 now my average weight is around 140-145lbs when I don't smoke regularly and in small quantities but when I smoke a lot like several times a day my weight drops to 120 or lower in just few months without changing my diet or physical activities. I realized that the more I smoke the less munchies I have and I lose my appetite completely. I have to force myself to eat or smoke so I can get appetite. now to regulate my weight I just take tolerance breaks, smoke less and excercice more

Hi gained 6 KGS after regular usage I.e ard 3-4. But when I decrease to 1J it remains constant. Also as I have been doing it over years so I realised that once I leave it. I loose weight as I don't feel hungry atall. And then it takes few weeks to get back normal. Hence t depends. It is my personal experience. Everyone has a different one. It's calculated over d period of 2009-2016. Also as a advice. Just don't do it. You only become weak and slow and stupid

I started smoking everyday (about 3-5 times a day using my bubbler, occasionally blunts) at the beginning of 2015. Today I'm 45 pounds down (went from 266lbs to 221lbs currently) and I have made NO difference in my lifestyle or eating habits besides daily toking. When I first started I'll admit I did get the munchies a lot, in fact I think I probably even gained a few pounds in the beginning. But I'd say after about 2 months in the munchies wore off for me. I'll get them from time to time, but it's rare now. Weed has actually curbed my appetite, to be honest. It's also important to mention I had remained 260-266lbs for two years with no movement in my weight until I picked up smoking. So, I'm gonna draw my own conclusion and say yes. It can help you lose weight.

basically weed convinces the brain you are starving and need to find food. Does not speed up metabolism
