i have a question... Me and my boyfriend have been having sex for a while, before it was unprotected because I had birth control, now (recently) we began using condoms A lot of times we begin without a condom and he pulls-out when he feels the need that he's about to ejaculate, and then puts on a condom and then removes it after he ejaculates and continues without a condom... Is this safe? Can I get pregnant? By the way, this has been happening for about 2-3 weeks now.

To be honest, no, pre-cum is nothing more than ejaculation, usually clear, or a better way to compare it is to a "wet dream" you'll know when you hit the actual cum, and with ejaculation just simply is like saying it's preparing you for what is to come, just like a girl's period

To solve your pull out and condom question, that's a cooks choice, once you cum, a man can't for a little while (it ranges from this guy to the next) and the only concern is, I'd tell him to wipe off before going at it again, because sometimes a little bit can still yet be within, it's a very low chance that even that little bit will do anything, but just to be safe, that's my only thought
