i find the whole masturbation thing is all in the head and from poor diet. i'm 24, 6ft tall, wide upper body frame and weigh 350lbs.  weight train and run since i was 17. i'm healthy. never been sick since i was 10 and don't get sick. have very strong endurance,immune system and have very high sex drive that sometimes drives me nuts cause i want to hump anything that moves no matter how many times during the day i masturbate. after i bust 1 off i can go again right away even after a crazy orgasm.

been masturbating since like 11 or 12 and i don't get none of the symptoms you ponies get. even if i bust one off before training i feel perfectly fine and after i'm done working out all i want is to do is bust one off cause i get crazy turned on after an intense workout.


i experimented on myself before by holding it in for a week and not busting one off and you know what? didn't change a thing! it didn't magically make me bump up my performance in the gym or make me gain uber weight or made soreness recover faster. i was the same pony. i find this whole thing about masturbation and sex is bad for you nonesense. we as ponies were designed to multiple and prosper. we were meant to reproduce. it's in our DNA and will always be there no matter what. sex is same thing as masturbating. only difference your not with a partner. i find all this stuff nonesense and all psychological. mind over matter ponies. mind over matter. also common sense.

I too am another victim of over masturbation and disgusted by western common beliefs and western medicine.
Over the years I have gone to several doctors when I felt very tired and experienced weight loss. All of them didn't know what it was and give you the usual "it could be due to stress, not getting enough sleep bla bla bla"

I have lost more than 40 pounds, feel tired most of the time, experience lower back and knee pains.
I still have muscle strength but feel that my bones have become weak and can break with more ease.

I do remember someone from school who wanted to lose weight but didn't follow a diet instead, he masturbated and drank green tea thats all he did, and he went from being fat to being average. He did enjoy good body strength but only because he masturbated for some months only.

Again, I am very upset with western medicine. Clearly, the subject of excessive masturbation has not been researched well but they are so proud of their "great" "science" to announce masturbation safe and even healthy based on assumptions.

I have done it since I was 11 or 12 and am 26 years now and finally feel that I have a good chance to beat this addiction now.

I pray for myself and all those who have experienced what I have: may Allah the almighty show us the way to get back to the good shape we were once in and accelerate our recovery and keep us from going back to this nightmare.

Eat some food then masturbate, or eat food while masturbating that'll sort out you're weight loss problem

yeah friend over masturbation is not good for health, masturbation once or twice in a week is good,

in one gram of semen u loose 20% of your  body protien, so every knows protien makes ur body healthier, so excessive masturbation cause loose ur weight, make u thinner , hair loss, whitening of hair,confident loose ,feeling sleepy all day.........u grow old my buddy.

All I can say is that, be in your beliefs.. if you think that masturbation causes all the illness and irregularities that your body suffered then lessen the times that you masturbate a day/week (Am not saying that DON'T MASTURBATE AT ALL). It is a matter of personal hygiene. If you think that too much masturbating makes you feel weak and abnormal then its up to you! Well, to those masturbates and feels good after doing such things, be aware also, use your initiatives and common senses (and don't overdue it :D, Too much is harmful!)

Omg u are so write im 19 and i was jackin since i was 12 it stunted my growth im the size of a 15 yr old. I have been jackin since, than one day i notice my arms was gettin very little after i jack so i stop for a week and i notice the weight gain den i started back all over again 2 nuts a day or 1 and now im the size i was from point one. So my advice is jack is good once and a while like once a month

I too used to do it twice a day.................and as u said,after sleep,u get thinner and loose....i've been masturbating for a year and i'm 17 now........i was looking for some evidences that masturbating burns calories......thank u for this post.. people who r thin.........stop immediately.............or surely ull suffer from fatigue... please,please,please.............

Different people have different constitutions...some people can mb several times in a day and still feel like doing it all over again the next day...some people do not have the constitution for this and can afford to ejaculate only occasionally...

Regarding TCM, my understanding is that it is true that there were a lot of Taoist taboos in the past surrounding male ejaculation, however TCM is clear that having too much sex can be harmful...if done excessively for the the individual's personal constitution, he will become weak and may suffer from all sorts of problems...weight loss can be one of them...

I personally think celibacy is the way to go...it is a requirement for any serious spiritual aspirant in every major spiritual tradition I have read about...Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, to name a few...Celibacy is not only about the "psychological" and "moral" dimensions, many spiritual leaders have explicitly stated that celibacy/abstinence/continence is a sine qua non of spiritual attainment. It is a fundamental precondition to living a monastic life, certainly not optional for a reason in my opinion...
