People are so ignorant, it does not stunt growth in fact it may help. For an example I was in the 60th percentile at 13 my doc said I'd be about 5'10 todAy I am 21 and just under 6'1 not to mention u don't grow to 21 everyone I went to school with was finished by 17 many even earlier the fact people grow even to 18 needs to be re looked at because I just haven't seen it

weight lifting never stunts the growth instead it boosts your central nervous system letting you grow. Just remember start slow teenagers just start lifting heavy without knowledge. You should prepare your body first by lifting slowly and lighter weights then eventually you will lift heavy and grow.

Under the Age of 21 you should not lift any weight to hard. It could stop your growing or can be able to ruin your growing at all. A friend of mine started at the age of 14 with a high 1.60cm (german size) and now he is only 1.70cm, what is not normally for him and his family, because all guys there a at least 1.90cm and 2.00m
i do not like it at all, if young boys are weightlifting to improve their bodys and forget everything about their body
