I think that folliculitis is contagious because my sister had it and we used same hair brush and now I have it. I tried with all kinds of dandruff shampoo but nothing helped me. How can I cure this? I heard about Doryx. Is it efficient? Does anyone have experience with Doryx?
Yes, my doctor prescribed me a drug called Doryx. It reduces the swelling and calmed the pimples down but didn’t cure it. He said that the folliculitis did not disappear after taking it for two months, so he referred me to a dermatologist. I am hoping that a doctor would research more and find a cure for this ongoing and irritating follicultis. There are lots of people who have the same problem as we do!
