Actually Im a 15 year old girl and i understand what you mean. This might seem weird but, if the odor is coming from her vaginal/pu**y area. She might need to start washing better. Or it could just be her cum. Honestly don't worry about it. Just talk about it with her. She should understand if she's mature enough. :-)
