3 days after my unprotected intercourse,i experience a light bleeding and it was about 1 week before my regular menstrual period..could it be a early pregnancy sign?..plz need some help..

Describe the bleeding? If is was a very light "spotting" then it may indicate implantation bleeding. Sometimes you can also bleed after having sex.
It would be getting late in your cycle, having sex on/about day 18, to become pregnant but it is not impossible.
