Its the same with me. Since I been smoking it seems my inr is decreasing.
I'm currently ingesting 1000 mg of THC daily for cancer. I also take warfarin. I experienced the problem twice, when my INR went to 1.2. It only happened when I was ingesting THC that was extracted with butane. Typical Rick Simpson extraction with ethyl alcohol didn't cause the problem.
If you're smoking a vape pen, or concentrates, or even edibles, many of them are made with THC extracted with butane. Check what your products are extracted with. I have never had a problem with my INR if I was strictly smoking flower, or naturally extracted hash, I also never had any problems with ethyl alcohol extracted hash oil. Hope that helps.

I'm on warfarin because of a clotting disorder, I only vape twice a week, I noticed my INR readings going up last week it was 3.1 I reduced the dosage and went in for another testing it was 3.3! Usually if I have alcohol my levels increase, but I haven't had a drop of alcohol, only vaped cannabis. A perfect reading for me is 2.8.I'm hoping this doesn't affect my INR, because I like to have an occasional glass of wine and pot.

There's research suggesting an interaction between marijuana and Coumadin (warfarin). There's also alternatives medications. It's best to speak with your pharmacist and doctor

I have a ON -X heart valve . My INR is suppose to be between 1.5 - 2.0 . Not everyone has to be between 2-3 .
I'd like to know this also. I don't smoke but have no problem making butter from it and eating it but haventxause of my blood would love to have this answered it would have great results with mylupus
