my cousin confided in me that for the past 2 weeks she has started to experient with cocaine as she has been really upset by her parents' recent divorce. the problem is, she had rhinoplasty a year ago , she was 19, and now she's convinced that 2 weeks of taking cocaine will make her nose collapse or become visually deformed..

she swears to me that she has stopped taking it, but now she is even more stressed rhat she has ruined her nose permanently, and that the effects might develop slowly and deform her nose as she ages...

i have no idea what to tell her, i know nothing about cocaine or rhinoplasty, but i'm really worried for her. she refuses to let me tell anyone or to take her to a doctor. i would be so grateful if a professional could advise me what to tell her,
