I thought I'd get another Calotren thread going to see what others' experiences have been with taking the collagen protein supplement.
I was initially drawn to it because it is supposed to help you feel a general sense of wellness and help with sleep and energy. I figured it's just a protein supplement, it can't hurt to give it a good shot. Turns out it apparently promotes weight loss, which could be good if it's true.
I am a 5'11" female who currently weighs 168 lbs. Definitely athletic and in decent physical shape, but shaving off 10 pounds would make me feel a bit better about life (who wouldn't?). We'll see what calotren does for that.
I have taken it for 2 nights and have felt more energized 1st thing in the morning. My focus has been a bit better. I'm not so sure I'll chalk it all up to the calotren just yet, though. May just be having a few good days or the placebo effect...
