I have this extra skin on my penis that connects the shaft to the head. This skin is not supposed to be there. I am cirvumsized so whats the deal? It does not hurt but it worries me aout when my first will see it. Please help!!

either its the frenulum, which is normal, or else its a skin brigde, which is harmless.

That sounds like the frenulum. Sometimes it is not removed after circumcision.
It may also be a skin bridge. In that case, you need to go to a urologist.
