With out surgery ofcourse, I am 13 by the way. Just curious if anyone has tried creating a crease and if its temporary or not... (I created a crease, and tried it for a while, by pulling them into that crease. I hate the crease I created, since its not my normal one. Will it go back to normal with time? Like will the crease I created disapear? & Has anyone tried adding one? Just wondering.)
You are young but very curios. Was there any specific reason why you wanted to create eyelid creases? I think that singe eyelids can be pretty with the help of suitable makeup. For example low key smoky eyes can give you dramatic look. I wouldn't suggest using those tapes or glue because they can irritate your skin and make your skin sagging overtime and then nothing will look nice on your eyes.
I have heard that surgery is actually not very painful and that you heal quite quickly and this can bring a very dramatic result but I am not recommending this since you are 13 years old I believe that your parents share my opinion.
Try to enjoy your natural looks because you will have a more than half of your life to experimente with makeup and everything that goes with it.
