I am almost 6 weeks post face lift re-do and just started to massage hardness and swelling on cheek & jawline. Not long afterwards a spot in incision behind my left ear opened up and was emitting fluid. It looked infected also. Up to this point it had not been infected. Behind the other ear that had just healed from an infection, also opened up again. It's like moving my skin and tissue upset these areas.
Also after my first F/L when I started massage at 6 weeks on the right side, in front on my right ear lobe started weeping fluid.
Anyone have incision infections after everything looked like it was healing? And did masssage cause problems like mine?
