Well am 29 yrs n this is the first time am getting pain in my breast and nipples before my period, however I didn't had any period since the 5th of January and now am on my period it started the 3 of March, am getting symptoms like fatigue, tiredness and constipation so am just thinking in all these yrs this could be the first time am getting Brest pain before my period am little confused and I had never conceive before so I don't know if this could be pregnancy or its just a period
