When I pull my foreskin back I have no pain, but the yellow stuff is very painful. I tried to clean it with a q-tip and it was really painful, and i tried to clean it in the shower and that was also painful. Can you go into a little more detail on how to clean it without sensitivity? thanks

Do not scrub just use a face cloth or flannel and gently massage if u scrub it can cause irritations.

I have a similar problem but it looks like puss and some times little chunks of white ness comes out of it after I cleand it all out it leaves a little hole I am very worried
Girls are for more interested in foreskin then your leading on. I'm uncircumcised and am odurless and very clean. Probably cleaner then you by the sounds of things. But that's also years of cleaning myself properly. With foreskin you pull all the way back to clean with soap and water. Also sex is more pleasurable with foreskin aposed to not having any. Being circumcised when wearing underwear or pants the constant rubbing desensitizes the tip of your penis where there are so many nerve endings. Uncircumcised penis's don't look dried out. Only get a circumcision if completely and medically needed! I'm 36 and fully intact!

You should use a mild soap like a baby soap that will not irritate your penis. Axe dark Temptation is most likely a strong soap that could cause irritation. You can also call your local drug store and ask what they would recommend and then you can just stop by and pick it up. Proper hygiene is very important and needs to be done every day at least once a day or preferably more. Neglecting to clean the penis can lead to foul smelling problem along with other more significant problems.
