so I'm 13 and I just now tried to pull back my foreskin further than ever. It did not hurt like before but it was a little tight, however there was some string of tissue left that wouldn't let me fully uncover the glans. And the head is also sensitive when I come in contact with it is that normal and will it be sensitive forever?

Hey there where is this string of skin? Is it bottom side of your penis if so is your frenulum. And it is one sold your foreskin back over to glands of your penis. To keep it protected. How much of your plans can you see? Also the sensitivity is normal when you first start pulling back your foreskin as you touch in the washer for skin more overtime sensitivity should go down some
