I’ve been on diet two weeks now and I am doing great. I am worried about holidays; it’s getting close to Thanksgiving and Christmas. I don’t want to gain weight again, but with all that food and treats that will be around during the holidays it is going to be hard. Help me! What to do.

I don’t know, I think it is great that you are on diet and it would be the shame to blow it now. I guess you can choose one meal during the day to eat something extra not allowed on your diet during holidays, but after stick to the food that is in your diet. To expect that you will continue to lose weight during the holidays is probably unrealistic and will make you feel guilty if you do not lose weight, so just plan to keep your weight the same.
