A diet that is hard to follow just won't do. So, for the most part I adapted a permanent LIFE STYLE CHANGE. I chose what I could give up. I therefore gave up Meat, Bread, Dairy, Sweets, and Sodas. Was it hard? YES. Do I cheat? YES. But, for the most part, my meals consist (90%) mostly of Fruits, Vegetables, Brown Rice, Quinoa things like that. I don't eat Broccoli or Lettuce. But I do eat Spinach. Everyone has to find something that will work with their system. I do have Shrimp, or Sardines about 3 times a month but other than that, I stay away from meat. Thankfully, I don't have trouble with diarrhea but I do have a little stomach pain sometimes no matter what I eat. The amount you eat also hurts. Better to eat 5 small meals than 3 large ones. I lost a total of 40 lbs. and have managed to keep it off with a healthy life style change and a commitment to sensible exercise 5 times a week. I hope this helps. God Bless and Stay Strong!

I had gall bladder surgery 4 months ago after suffering from extreme pain. I just keep searching the web for topics like 'what should I eat after gall bladder surgery'. Some of them differ but most of them have things in common like heavy fatty foods, spicy foods, fried foods, and creamy foods.

If you cant get out look on You tube for senior exercises, get small equipment like a under desk bike. I pedal while I watch TV. Bands that strengthen your arms and legs by offering resistance. God Bless and Stay Strong! Just move even if its walking in place. I hope this helps.
For those with diarrhea, look into getting a cholestyramine prescription if the lipase alone isn't working. Please, you don't need to suffer anymore. Avoid these ridiculous websites that will only serve to terrify you!
