i've had that same problem .skin was like super glued around the edge of the head except there was an opening at the bottom.so i just ripped the skin apart from my head from that opening, worked my way around. painful, but no bleeding. and i did that when i was like 15.

im no expert, but i just read all of this thread and there are i think atleast 3 topics going on, i actually have problems aswell an that article about the frenelum helped me alot! cheers!,

Im 20 years old and sexually active for quite a few years now i have found sex painfull in the past and only just found out its because of this, a tight frenelum (piece of skin attached from my foreskin to the head underneathe) i never actually realised im different, i always got around by using lube or oral before sex but rescently tore it so i think im going to see if it heals for a week or 2 if not gna be going to the docs.

just wanted to know how to go about to getting circumcised

does that sound smart, any suggestions?? and hope this helped

i wasnt looking for this but cam across it and thought id put minds at rest. i started masturbation young and did it frequently and i had the foreskin attached to the head and it didnt cause me a problem and i thought it was normal til wen masturbating once, one side loosened (Myn was attached by on either side at the front by semi circular shaped skin) and came away and it became really sore and i couldnt masturabate because it was sore and thought i had done some damage but it healed very very quickly and i realized it didnt do any harm and my foreskin on that side could lower more and then masturbating again the other side came loose and i just went for it and it was sore but again turnaround was 1-2 days and it doesnt bleed and once done iv had no repercussions...just better masturbation

Not being able to retract is called phismosis. The white stuff is most likely smegma, also known as dickcheese. Because you can't retract your foreskin it builds up and can lead to infections.

Each time you take a shower, stretch the foreskin. (Loads of techniques - common problem. It's an easy google.) Eventually you'll be able to retract flaccid (soft) without a problem. That'll give you the ability to clean the area. Keep up the stretching. That's assuming you don't have needlepin phismosis, which I doubt seeing as you can see the glans (head).

Same for me, i'm 15 and just now found the underside of my foreskin is attached to the bottom of the head of my penis. Is this bir of skin torn during sexual intercourse, or is it a disorder? Please get back to me as I am worried about it. Thanks

ok guys really there isn't that much to worry about i am 15 in april and had a long chat with my mum and dad about my problem with phimosis and i told them about what i had read about on the internet and everything and to be honest most of the stuff u hear on the interenet isn't true.we're only teenagers and our body's are going through a lot of changes. it doesn't matter what your friends say about there penis is 6/7 inches long they say that to cover up that they are differentl and they will talk about their penis as if its fine and what not, but everyone has problems goin through puberty its just what happens and most of us may even be late bloomers i know i am, my voice hasn't broken yet and i'm pretty much one of the only one's voice who hasn't. If u really are worried talk to your parents they will understand they will be there for you. and if not your parents then see a doctor. i hope u are not so worried now as this is what i was told. everything will turn out fine. honest

like soak it in warm water and pull at it slowly but hard and it will come off over time. like try once a week.i had it for ages and always used to try and pull it off and then one time i tried and it just came off. skin was slightly cut as it had bonded with the head but it healed in a few days. no problems since and that was going on 5 or 6 years ago now (when i was around 15)
peace

Is this a good thing to do??

does it really work?

I'd like to hear that from a medical professional if it really works, because i cant retract the skin on my penis due to the little fleshy thing on the underside, and i'm incredibly embarresed to get sexual with my GF and i'm kinda scard to see a doctor, so if ths method works to fix the not-retractibleness, i'd like to know!

(btw i'm 15)

Hello, im a doctor working for the Royal Air Force. I can tell you all and put your minds at rest that this is compleatly normal! The skin attached underneath the penis is compleatly normal. When people become circumsised this is most of the time taken off. However I would deffinatley NOT reccomend ripping this off as it ca supply the penis with a Blood Flow, and it also has a mass of nerve endings in there.

I know it can be hard to talk to doctors about this, but its great to as we dont feel embaraced, and neither should you!

In relation to Smegma, its not nice to have, but clean it and make sure you keep it clean as you could and will get Balanitis which only uncircumcised men get!

Hope this helps!
