I'm having pretty much the same problem. Small red abrasions on either side of the head and one slightly more elongated one on the inside of my foreskin on the top side of the shaft. There's no secretion yet as I'm not circumcised I'm concerned they won't air out well enough to heal. Any suggestions? I found online that turmeric is a natural antibiotic and at that this point I'm desperate enough to try anything!

Guys here is the cure. You will need an oral drug called Fluconazole 150mg and an antifungal cream like Lotrimin AF because you got a Yeast Infection from your woman. You will need your wife/girlfriend to get the Fluconazole too or she will just give it you again and again. Until you are both clean you have to use condoms to avoid getting re-infected.
I'm telling you NOTHING else will work! Don't waste time with Neosporin, Bacitracin, special soap, cortisone, hydro-cortisone, antiseptics, etc. etc. Go see a doctor. I spent a long time trying to treat this at home and it always came back. I suffered needlessly.

About a month ago I had a very fierce sex session. With condom and all. At the end she jerked me off. It felt a bit brutal, but nothing special. A few days later I felt a burning sensation on the back side of my circumcised penis. I looked and saw a thin dark patch, looking a bit like a hematoma. Touching hurt and burnt. The dermatologist saw nothing special, gave me a cortisone cream. The urologist said I shouldn't take the cream, dismissed the dark burning thin patch as maximum my penis having been trapped in the zipper, but said I had an Epididimitis, gave me antibiotics. The burning sensation remained, accompanied by a few days of tingling and numbness inside my penis. This faded away, but the burning remained. Jerking off would be extremely short and painful if I touched the place. At the beginning I used bio oil, then bepanthen. Nothing helped. A second urologist couldn't discern anything special, talked about normal pigmentation. He didn't have any explanation for the burning though. The GP didn't have anything to add.

Highly depressing. Specially given the fact that there doesn't seem to be consensus about what I might have.

I might try the cortisone cream eventually.

Men I have the cure! Your woman gave you her Yeast Infection. You need an ointment called Terrasil 6X which you can find on Amazon or Ebay. Use the Terrasil 6X and wrap it up with a bandaid. You can also take a pill called Fluconazole 150mg for fast results but you need a prescription for that. Your woman also needs to see her OB/GYN to get that pill. She also needs Monistat 3 which u can find at walmart, target, walgreens CVS etc. You both need treatment or it will just come back again and again. Do what I said and don't have sex until it goes away. When your penis starts to look better it is a good idea to use condoms for several weeks until u know for sure that your woman is cured too. The Terrasil is the ONLY thing that works! Don't waste time and money on Neosporin, Bacitracin, Anti-Biotic creams, Lotrimin AF, Miconazole, Tolnaftate, Medicinal Honey, Hydrocortizone, Nystatin, Aloe, Soap, etc they won't do anything! Trust me on this and you will be happy soon.

I had the exact problem with the skin ripping and the itchy irritations.. I tried using paw paw cream, it speeds up the healing process.. I enjoy good sex every night even when it rips again and I could feel it after I'm done I simply apply the paw paw cream and a good wash in the morning and im good to go again..

Male genital disaesthesia! neurological contion that hits white guys over 60. I have been very worried. Serious soreness on foreskin - it started after an episode of oral sex. Some redness too. It has lasted for months but going away slowly. Had a battery of tests no infection. Finally discovered this and have not yet had official diagnosis, but fairly sure it is male genital disaesthesia. If you cant figure out whats wrong, check it out.

Try some lotion. Preferably without perfumes. Vaseline is best

Dr Selbys Cream is your answer

This stuff is a godsend. A South American friend of mine had some and it absolutely does wonders and I had to order some ASAP. It's not sold in the US so you have to get it online, but let me tell you it's 1000% worth it. I've been reading all these replies and the burning, redness and irritation all happens to me as well on the small part of my shaft. The cream literally heals you up in 3-5 days and you're good as new. Now obviously it happening again happens, but it's nice to know I can go back it with my girl in such a short period of time without being in pain during sex.

No, that cream caused thinning for me, and made me get a severe friction burn. NEVER use steroids on your member.

i think alot of people have gone through this. got drunk (blackout) and the taxi driver forced me to get a girl from the club. i do remember doing sex with her. in the morning she was gone stealing almost everything in my room. and the same morning i had experience something wrong on the right side of my penis. and traveled to the village. after 2 days the skin started releasing watery fluid. the hospital here is in about 50 km. so im just taking anti biotics and puting baby powerder to stop the water. is the an STI that can be noticed just after hours of having sex?
