I too got sick eating at Taco Bell.  My urine was cloudy and I got my doctor to give me antibiotics (sorry don't remember which one).  I still was bothered after the first round and got a second round (though urine test second time came in negative).  After the two rounds, I was fine.  After doing some research into the quality of the food served at fast food restaurants, I no longer eat at them no matter how hungry I am.

Check for parasites. It has become an epidemic and most people have parasites in them without knowing it.

Just read your post and I see that it's been over a year since your daughter got sick from eating at jack-in-the-box. My brother was a meat inspector for the USDA. The USDA decided to come up with a faster way to inspect meat. They called it speed inspection and a lot of the meat wasn't getting inspected at all. Jack-in-the-box had gotten a few children sick (all about the age of your daughter). The problem was e-coli and salmonella. Caused from raw meat or under cooked meat. Bad stuff especially for children. Can ruin a child's life. It's a lot safer to eat at home than going out. You can google these bacteria and even google the jack-in-the-box incidents and read about the children. Some were in the hospital for quite some time and came close to losing their lives. If docs haven't looked into testing her for these, i would suggest it. Been over a year so i hope she is all better now.

Hi,

I have a lot of issues myself: IBS, lactose intolerance, Fructose malapsorbtion (sp?), GERD, the start of fatty liver disease, and a small hiatial hurnea (sp). Per doctors orders I have cut a LOT out of my diet. I do not eat barely any processed foods most of my life is spent researching things I CAN have and trying to find recipes I can make things. I started having random abdominal pains around a year ago (no other symptoms besides hardship to lose weight in the upper tummy no matter what I tried) and got checked out once but nothing found. Just recently I started having odd pains right under my sternum and rib cage that make me feel overly full and painful after 2-5 bites of food (sometimes I even have to take my sport inhaler in order to breath a bit easier). I went into my new doctor complaining about the feeling of extreme pressure pushing out only in my upper tummy to the point that my ribs and sternum felt bruised and about the lack of ability to eat (two maximum strength gas x did not work and no sounds or movement so I doubt it is gas related). Along with this I completely lost my ability to feel hungry, so I have to watch and eat a few bites of something every few hours so that I am not starving myself (even if I don't feel the hunger I try to eat something).. I have been having issues with losing weight despite lowering what I eat and eating all natural fruits and veggies (no wheat, gluten, corn, rice, eating LowFODMAP, among many other things (again under the supervision of a doctor)) and with upping my activity level..but it is all in my upper tummy (no where else) and the pressure and pain is always in the same area. The doctor ordered a CT scan and as soon as the insurance/scheduling align I will get one done. Recently I have been able to eat a bit more but it is again getting worse again. If you find out what it is please let me know.. I will let you know when/if anything is found on my end.

Have you been tested for Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO)? It sounds like you have something similar to what I used to have. I was diagnosed with SIBO and fructose malabsorption and a hiatal hernia was discovered after an endoscopy. I have since been on the GAPS diet and seen an acupuncturist. The GAPS diet changed my life and the acupuncturist made me feel better in a matter of minutes. I no longer have fructose malabsorption or SIBO :) Ask your doctor to order a hydrogen breath test. Take the antibiotics or try the GAPS diet. I had SIBO twice. The antibiotics worked the first time and the GAPS diet/acupuncturist worked the second time.

Hello Taco Bell uses fillers in there meat in which it is not real meat. Try avoiding foods with fillers. Only eat real low fat meats.

I used to eat Taco Bell all the time, now I just eat it occasionally. Today I drove through and got a Crunchwrap Supreme with no nacho cheese, and two bean burritos no onions. I have been feeling disgusting all day now, bloated, no desire to eat food 8 hours later, just disgusting throughout, body pains, it's ridiculous. I feel like I got some kind of slow death poison going on here. Did Taco Bell Change c**p in their ingredients because they're trying to save money? It begs to question.
