It sounds like you may have BV or bacteria vagunosis. It simply means your vagina creates more bacteria than normal. An antibiotic prescribed by your PCP or Gyno will do the trick or your PH could be off.

Okay, so I am a 32 year old female married 12 year with 3 kiddos all c-sections. Every single time I have intercourse with my spouse I end up with foul smelling underwear/ discharge. I am a medical assistant and previously worked in an obgyn office for several years. I am convinced that certain men and women with specific ph levels create certain odors. I am very sensitive nasal wise. I recommend urinating immediately after intercourse and a quick soak in the tub immediately after sex. It seems like a burden but well worth it. What I have found recently that worKS like a miracle is the refresh specially formulated douche (I used to never use them) with the ph balance gel insert. So much better than prescription meds for bv when bv isn't the issue.

I have the same problem I have three kids with same great guy for along time. One day I knew I had an infection so went to the doc and got a eye check, came back normal but I had a bv infection. I did not take all the meds that mad me sick so the infection came back I then had my guy take them and it seemed to work but Duh I got it again cause I did not take them all the first time. so back to the do., got the. Again took them all religiously and then bam he got it again, cause he smells. And now I do to. Gross.

i get it, I had same issue with my uncircumsized boyfriend-i kept thinking it was a yeast infection so I used over the counter stuff and it would go away.
