i just got mine removed 7 days ago im 18 and sat night i got the pain back that I usually got when I had my gallbladder went back to the hospital and was told to stay clear of fatty food which I've been doing since but still feel a bloating pain and like someone is punching my stomach when I take a breath was gonna go my doctor but gonna give it a while to see thanks
Had the same thing happen to me. All I can say is 1) ERs suck, always bring someone with you 2) thank god for narcotics 3) ask to stay overnight after surgery, same day release is a bad idea 4) gallbladder surgery is major, takes about 2 weeks to feel normal again despite what doctors tell you
3 days post op from single site robotic gallbladder removal. Everyone has told me its a very easy surgery and should be able to do most of your daily activities in a week or two but i have been having severe pain in my right rib cage when I breathe deep or even bend wrong. The pain doesnt seem to be getting better. Its hard to even walk because i feel if i stand up straight I feel a pulling feeling inside.
To sneeze is like somebody sticking a knife along the entire top rib cage..
I’m wondering if this will ever go away!
