Typical acne treatment of a 2.5% benzoyl peroxide cream can greatly improve their appearance. It can smooth the surface area and make them less noticeable in both visual and tactile terms. Try this, testing the benzoyl peroxide on a small area first, and keep it up with one or two applications a day. May even get rid of them after a while, but this is not a verified claim. Make sure you only use a 2.5% solution as anything higher will be to harsh for the skin on your penis. This is not an effective treatment whatsoever for pearly penile papules (commonly mistaken for Fordyce spots). There is no research that I am aware of that links Fordyce spots with acne, but they are both problems in the sebaceous glands. This may be why I find benzoyl peroxide is effective.
Wow it seems universal , really , I had these little red/white bumps since I was 15 , it had freaked me out a very long period of time , whenever I looked at them I felt like dying or having some bad bad disease , yesterday I gathered my courage and went to Doctor that he told me it's nothing and it wouldn't affect me or my sexual partner!
I'm now 23 and it was very taugh to handle it all this time without any knowledge man , I'm something now released but I'm going to get married and I'm looking for a treatment so badly , I don't like surgeries and laser but some natural solutions .

I think I've read about GARLIC REMEDY for FRODYCE (I knew this name just yesterday) and it said it's painful but effective , it tells to slice GARLIC very well and put it directly on the skin for an hour and a half to 2 hours and be patient.

I think I gonna test it but just in lower place of the penis since my FRODYCE started at the root of thepenic and start spreading now it's on the shaft and the head what's freaking me every single second.

hey people if anybody tried that before or has another suggestion plz share it with us.
Good Luck fighting this mysterious phenomenon
ya i found out that i got them too but i dont want to go to the doctors kind of embarised :$ will i be fine?
i have them too, had them for about 2 years now. i hope they go away, i might to my doctors.
ive had them since i was 13 or 14 im now 17 isent there any other way to get rid of them
Ive had them for just over 2 years and they are starting to go away. they are really embarrasing me.
mine are quite bad. i've seen two separate doctors on individual occasions because they're so friggin ugly. i couldn't really give a c**p if they're 'harmless'. they've plenty harmed my confidence. i don't deserve it for god's sake. at least there's other people who understand.

sorry to negitivify the posts. 8-|
ive had them for as long as i can remember, im 18 in july, as i wasnt bothered about them in my younger years i cant remeber the actual age that i first got them but id guess that ive had them oer 5 years at least and they appear to be fading.
