i have gotten this growth thing in my leg called osgoodshlatters or somthing like that and i am growing some hair around my penis does that mean i have hit puberty no other signs plz comment

Yes, you are definitely in puberty. The pubic hair is one sign. Osgood-Schlatter is common in adolescents.
