Tell her to take another one to be sure. You don't have to ejaculate to get a female pregnant. That is why it's important to use some form of contraception. If you're not ready for a kid then use a condom. However it seems a bit soon to be reading positive on a pregnancy test if you only did it last week.
you are very careless dude, cant say if she is pregnant because you did sex with her or because she had sex before dating you, but you must immediately take her to some good doctor for consultation if it is possible to avoid pregnancy, dude from next time use a condom or be ready to be a father in teen age, best of luck
