Im 16 and for awhile now i have found flesh colored bumps on the shaft of my penis and they dont hurt or itch but they do have hair coming out of them. Is their anyway to get rid of these hairs? (please respond)

i tried scissors and a mini trimmer, i asked about nair. it may burn for a second or two, but if it's safe, i'll go for it.
